With the start of the second half of the football season we’ve taken the opportunity to add a new writer to our team here at Track ‘Em Tigers.

Please join me in welcoming Grant Dozier a.k.a. Atl_AU_Fan as our newest staff writer. He has been a member of our community since the inception of Track ‘Em Tigers. Those who regularly check the site are already familiar with his work as he’s posted a couple of dozen articles including handling our National Signing Day coverage the last couple of years.

His weekly column will appear on Saturdays before Acid Reign’s Open Thread, and he may also contribute stories at other times throughout the month. Grant brings a thorough knowledge of Auburn football history, having attended over 300 games (both home and away) since he graduated from college in 1983. I can’t wait to learn from him.

He was in Death Valley last week for Auburn’s game against LSU and shares his thoughts on the experience in his first column. We are all excited about him joining the team as a full time columnist.

Also on behalf of Jay and all the staff, I want to thank all of you for making Track ‘Em Tigers a part of your day. We know you have a lot of options out there, and it means the world to us that you make time for TET. Without your comments and opinions, we are nothing. That’s what makes this site unique among a lot of other Auburn locations.
