War Eagle, everybody! SEC football is back today, in full swing. This morning, the Auburn Tigers will host the Kentucky Wildcats at Jordan-Hare Stadium. This game will kick off at 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time and will be televised on the SEC Network. Weather should be sublime for this game for the few fans that are allowed to attend, with partly cloudy skies and temps in the upper 70’s. There is little chance of rain.

Even though this is a matchup between two ranked opponents in the SEC, the TV folks saw fit to put this game in the early spot. Frankly, there is not a lot of love for the Auburn Tigers this season from the preseason prognosticators. Despite being last season’s freshman MVP in the league, Bo Nix has been left off all of the preseason All-SEC lists. I would expect Auburn to come out in this game with a serious chip on its shoulder.

As always, feel free to join in and enjoy this thread. I will at the keyboard for my usual play by play, armed with hot coffee and snacks. War Eagle, and let’s see if Auburn begins a memorable season against a tough SEC-only schedule. War Eagle!

The year’s crazy events should make us appreciate good times all the more. (And be a little more patient when things aren’t so good.)
Who else wants to see Schwartz torch a safety or Pappoe tattooing a KY running back?
AU football is here so let’s celebrate. War Eagle from Virginia!

…..War Eagle! I’m hoping for lots of Wildcat torching, today!
