Track ‘Em Tigers TV Episode 6

Click on the video below to see what Coach Nelson and I have to say in this week's Episode 6 on the state of Auburn football's season at the halfway point. Play best Y8 Games at the this website.

  1. Acid Reign Acid Reign says:

…..Good observations, here. During the game, I tried to counter the “Refs always hate Auburn” argument. Boobie was, indeed, moving that ball around, before the goal line. They called it a fumble, touchback. What wasn’t covered was the MSU touchdown just before the half. Yes, critics. Fitz was tackled short of the goal line. However, the goal-line replay showed him sticking out the ball, before crossing, and at least 20 percent of the ball was across. Touchdown. The right call was made.

  2. Acid Reign Acid Reign says:

…..The section on Auburn dissent within the program was interesting, too. Disclaimer: I am an Auburn Undercover subscriber. I signed up when it started, to be able to continue to read Phillip Marshall. I have also enjoyed Brandon Marcello’s contributions. They basically started the “discontent on the plains,” thread. Like Marcello has said, if players aren’t unhappy with results from LSU and MSU, then Auburn REALLY has problems, from the troops.

  3. Tigerstripe Tigerstripe says:

Good stuff here to actually hear about what’s going on from a coach’s and player’s perspective and not the “canned coach speak prompter” crap we get after the game. I don’t pay for extra Auburn information so I’m left out of a lot of the inner workings. It’s good to hear that the players are equally as frustrated about how things are going. JS’s overthrow, the muffed punt return and the fumble through the end zone were killers in this game. Could’ve/should’ve been much different because 9/10 times we aren’t this sloppy.

  4. Orange Talon Orange Talon says:

Worked, again, this time by a unranked 2-3 team. The “what if” questions seem valid huh!?
