Opportunity to Play for Auburn “is an Honor,” says Tiger’s 14th Commit

1195454mDevaroe Lawrence a four-star Defensive Tackle from Georgia Military College commited Sunday to Auburn.

Coach Rodney Garner had developed a relationship with the 6′ 3″, 278 lbs. tackle the last few weeks. And Devaroe said it was an honor to be able to have the opportunity to play at Auburn.

He added, “I love Coach Garner. He doesn’t pull any strings, he doesn’t play games, he wants you to do everything right. I like that and he has that structure with his players about doing the right thing.”

Not much is avaliable on Lawerence except 24/7 rates him as the No.2 Juco Defensive Tackle in the 2014 class. However, if Coach Garner sees something in him, he must be a good one. He becomes the 14th commitment to the 2014 class.

Welcome to the Family Devaroe.
