I noticed Frazier backing up quarterback Nick Marshall and running a couple wildcat plays?  First I had heard of that even happening was when I saw it.  Last I heard he had moved over to the Defensive side.  Any News?

……Malzhan’s not as machine-like, recycled quotes like Chizik was. But he keeps things close to the chest, strategy-wise. Frazier’s a veteran wildcat guy, and has run it successfully in 2011. Get the guy some snaps? I’d have to ask what Wallace did wrong last week, but maybe he’s banged up. Don’t know, but Frazier gave Marshall a few snaps off to rest, I guess.

…..Maybe the whole thing was a big bluff towards Mississippi State. “Looky here! We’ve got a former starting QB back in the gun, guys! Are you really going to bring nine guys this down?”

    I like it!!!

I liked that play call too. It’ll also give the corn dogs something to think about this week.

I didn’t like it when we brought him in on the first play late in the 3rd quarter and we’d just cut the lead down to 14. He lost two yards and we went three and out, thus giving the ball back to LSU and they scored, basically putting the game out of reach. I do think he can play a role on this team. I’m just not sure he deserves to run the wildcat over Wallace. Insanity- repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I refer all of you to 2012 Frazier…..I’m not even sure he is as good a runner as Wallace, Wallace did take a shot to the head against Miss. St so that could have something to do with it.
