Eric Mack Commits to Tigers

By on January 20th, 2010 in Football Comments Off on Eric Mack Commits to Tigers

As was reported by a few readers in a different thread, OL Eric Mack from St. Matthews, SC, has chosen Auburn over Florida in an announcement made today. Auburn’s persistence in recruiting Mack has seemed to pay off for the former committment to South Carolina. Mack had originally committed to Spurrier and company last year, but decommitted yesterday, then announced for Auburn today. And you thought YOU had a busy week?

The 6’4″, 315 lb Mack is listed by ESPN as the #2 OG; Rivals as the #6 OG, and Scout as the #6 OL. Auburn now has 28 committments, but five count towards the 2009 class and can participate in spring practice.
