Saturday is Homecoming on the Plains as the Auburn Tigers take on the Southern Miss Eagles in a 3:00 p.m. CT game on the SEC Network. As part of the homecoming celebration, the University has planned several special activities for the weekend.

* On Friday, as part of the festivities, fans can experience the new pregame locker room setup for the Auburn football team at Jordan Hare-Stadium.
* Saturday, The Auburn Alumni Association’s Hospitality Tent will feature an air conditioned kids zone, with food for purchase. Admission is free.
* And once again the University has invited the fans to walk around and take pictures on Pat Dye Field following the conclusion of the game.
For more information on theses and other special events this weekend click here.

If the weather holds it should be a beautiful fall day for football with temps running from 68–84 under partly cloudy skies and a 7 mile-per hour wind. That still may be a little warm for some but at least the forecast is not 95 – 100 degrees like the last two Saturdays.

For those who will be watching from home, we have listed below the TV broadcast schedule for your viewing guide to all of the weekend’s college football games. Game times are listed as Central Time, and all SEC games as well as those involving Top 25 teams are underlined.

Games on ESPN/ABC can be viewed by clicking here, and games on ESPN3 can be viewed by clicking on this link.

Acid Reign  will have an open thread up on game day. Be sure to check back here for an open discussion as Acid does his play-by-play during the game. And don’t miss his post-game review on Sunday afternoon. War Eagle and…
