By on November 30th, 2013 in Football 10 Comments »

Watch Auburn’s Chris Davis’ improbable 109 yard touchdown run with no time left on the clock to beat No.1 Alabama and win the South Eastern Conference Western Division Championship.

Here’s Auburn play by play announcer Rod Bramblett calling the play on IMG radio.

And here is Rod Bramblett and Stan White’s reaction in the radio booth to Davis’s touchdown return.

How fitting that the Tigers scored 34 points to win on Bo Jackson’s birthday. The West Champion Auburn Tigers will now play East Champion Missouri in the Conference Championship in Atlanta.

Be sure to check back here at Track ’em Tigers tomorrow for Acid Reign’s post game review and unit grades of the Auburn Tigers epic Iron Bowl win. War Eagle!

I never want to hear that Nick Marshall isn’t an SEC caliber quarterback again.

Yes, Auburn runs the ball a lot, because we CAN!!

I will never doubt special teams assignments ever again.

It was also really cool that Tubs was there.

DEFENSE. Their not allowing TDs at the end, set up the improbable.

2010 was special. But 2013???? Unbelievably AUsome! War Eagle! It’s great to be an Auburn Tiger!

Last night, I had a similar thought, but this morning, I woke up with a different feeling. They’ve come this far, why not keep truckin’?

Those new Tigers better sleep with one eye open……of course their defense looks stout. It will be tough for sure!

    • mvhcpa says:

I don’t know for sure if we will beat Mizzou, but the team will have NO PROBLEM taking it to them–Gus and Co. seem to be EXPERTS at keeping these guys 100% focused on what is in front of them THAT WEEK–WAR DAMN EAGLE–Get ON the GUS BUS or end up UNDER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MVH

If there is any Auburn Fan who thinks that believing doesn’t help this group of Auburn Tigers post wins, they should know better by now. They believe they can win and they showed that they can win. And, win or lose:

I am still on cloud 9! I am excited about the SEC CG… wonder what kind of fans Mizzou people are? Their team looks really good, especially the QB.

……This season, I’ve listened to Stan and Rod every game, whether at home, at a party, or at the stadium. The AU Network has the delay problem fixed, and it’s a joy to listen to those guys instead of Verne and Gary or the ESPN folk.
