Pray that Mark Emmert lives and presides over the NCAA forever. Check out Rule 12.5.2.1 about student athletes lending their presence, time, and other efforts to promote a private business. If the rule were to be enforced, about 4 years of wins would be vacated, including 2012, since A.J. McCarron was in on the promotions and signings. And by rule, they need not have received any compensation.

MC: Saban is so short…..
Audience: How short is he?
MC: Nick Saban is so short, he doesn’t have to hit his knees!
Drummer: ba dum dum
He doesn’t have to worry about riding any Six Flags rides either… “No Coach, you have to be this ^^^^ Tall”
Sweet.
I have not heard about this. Will you elaborate. I have been out of state the last 2 weeks.
It goes back to all the appearances, signings of stacks of jerseys and other memorabilia to be resold, and many other promotions of T-Town Menswear by Mark Ingram, Trent Richardson, A.J. McCarron and several others. There were photos posted and documented showing players promoting this private business which is clearly a violation of amateur status and eligibility. They need not have received any remuneration to have violated Rule 12.5.2.1.
Over / Under on number of Notre Dame offensive plays before Golson receives his game or career-ending hit.
