Good Saturday morning to you. Let’s hope the heat here in East Alabama breaks somewhat between now and September 5th. Temperatures in Auburn are expected to reach 100 degrees today. If we’re lucky, maybe it’ll get down to a cool 90 degrees by kickoff with Louisiana Tech.

There’s a lot good stories floating around the internet today, including one of the nicest tributes I’ve ever read. The Opelika-Auburn News talks with Olympic Gold Medalist Rowdy Gaines and others about the impact late Auburn Swimming Coach Richard Quick had on their lives. Smart Footballlooks at Gus Malzahn’s offense and Chris Low at ESPN goes through his SEC mailbag. These stories and more are just a click away…
