Karma ? Irony ? Justice?

Probably none of the above since Emmert and Crawford are alive and serve in NCAA positions of power where sanctions are concerned. Yahoo Sports has documented, hard evidence that D.J. Fluker from Alabama, 2 former Mississippi State players, and 1 former and 1 current Tennessee player received extra benefits. The KNOWN bagman is Luther Davis, former Bama player. Danny Charlatan won’t even have to track him down.

Also, John Phillips of video editing fame, is one of the agents involved with funneling money to Davis. He’s also the guy who offered to submit evidence showing Johnny Manziel violating rules. Ain’t that just the cat’s meow ?

It’s also ironic that Yahoo Sports broke the story. For those that don’t know, or don’t remember, Yahoo bought Rivals which was/is Bammer’s principal recruiting propaganda tool. Rivals was founder by a Bammer and is run mostly by Bammers.

I’ve seen comments saying that the reporters refuse to give their hard evidence to the NCAA. There is no case without the documents.

What may happen is Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange, having supoena power, may gain access to all those documents ( which are posted on Yahoo’s site ) in order to pursue legal action against the agents involved. At that point they become public record and the NCAA could dive right in. But they won’t, in my theoretical opinion.

I think this is just a strategem. The end game is to change NCAA policy. How better to do this than poke a finger in the eye of the most powerful conference in the organization.
