…..He’s being compared physically to Randy Moss, which is pretty high praise!

I thought LSU had this guy locked up.

Interesting note. Williams wasn’t relegated to JUCO because he was a poor student. He spent the early part of his high school days in a unaccredited school. He transferred to an accredited school too late to quickly correct the short deficit.

……Reed is going to be interesting to watch, if he doesn’t get hurt like he has every year before. I still don’t really know Malzhan’s number system, but he’s the flanker now, in that offense. Starts, too. He’s on the outside, and motions back in for end arounds, catches quick screens, and does that patented hitch and go that produced some of Auburn’s longest gains back in 2009 and 2010. Kind of like Terrell Zachary did back in the day.

……What was encouraging on A-Day was that he came off the line and mixed it up with the corners pretty well, back on A-Day, something he’s not shown before. It’s harder to jam a guy when you’re worried about him cutting you on an outside run.
