Jason Dufner hits up to the green on the 9th hole at the Perth International Golf Tournament.
I posted this on the sidebar instead of main page because I did not want to break up the give and take about the current debacle that is AU Football.
Down Under in Perth, AUstralia, Jason Dufner placed second in the PGA event that finished yesterday. Another American Bo Van Pelt won with a 16 under total. Jason was 14 under and 4 shots better than third place.
The final round was like a boxing match, with both players taking their shots. The final blow was to be by Van Pelt when Jason bogeyed 14 and Van Pelt roll in a clutch par.
The Duf has become a steady fixture on the leaderboard of every tournament he enters.
Next year could be the year for him to win a major and really shoot up the ratings. Actually, he does not have far to go, since he has been rated a solid top 10 performer most of the year.
He and his wife, Amanda, live in Auburn and he is like a big brother to the AU Golf Team.
Way to go Duf!
